For 25 years, Rick has worked in every facet of the construction industry. He has owned various companies including a corporation, a partnership and a sole proprietorship. These different companies were both union and non-union and performed both commercial and institutional subcontracting and general contracting work.  He worked in the field, supervised the estimating and the book keeping and dealt with the architects, the inspectors and the unions. Rick now applies his school-of-hard-knocks construction knowledge to assist him in all phases of construction litigation. He understands how the construction problem intertwines with the legal solution.  He can communicate with the construction client in terms they both understand.
