About our Firm

Richard Sax grew up in Washington State, where he worked with his father in the family title business. Richard's father was saddened when he saw people lose their homes because of a lack of legal representation. Richard remembers his father urging him to earn a license to practice law to help people deal with the intricacies of the legal system -- the banks, the insurance companies, and their well-paid legal counsel -- and equalize the playing field for the "little guy."

When Richard Sax established his law practice, he immediately began taking on the "big city" attorneys and large law firms that aim to exhaust their adversaries financially and emotionally.
